I hope you enjoy it!!! In this post, I'll be giving a step-by-step procedure on how you can easily extract Aloe Gel from the Aloe Vera plant, as we know the benefits aloe has for the skin and hair. SHELF LIFE : The shelf life of pure aloe gel is a week  in the  refrigerator. Following are the steps to extract ALOE GEL from the aloe vera plant: Cut the leaf from the plant ( prefer diagonally cutting, so the plant regrows faster )  Place the leaf upright in a cup or bowl ( any shallow container will also do ) Now, let the dark yellow resin drain out from the leaf.
