We know how essential Vitamin D is for us as hundreds of body functions rely on it, as it helps to strengthen our bones and immune systems. No-doubt overexposure of the sun's rays is also harmful for us so we have to try and maintain a balance. But the science is clear: A little sunshine in the garden everyday goes for a very long way in our bodies.
